MY NAME IS MERVIN DE LANGE, I HAD A CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT IN 2005. THE OUTSTANDING BALANCE WAS NOT PAID TO NEDBANK. THE BANK NEVER SENT ME ANY REMINDERS OF THAT THEY WILL RECOVER THE OUTSTANDING DEBT FROM ME NO COMMUNICATION IN WRITING WAS RECEIVED NOR DID THEY QUERY OR REMIND ME OF THE DEBT. I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THE ACCOUNT OR MONEY DUE TO THE BANK WAS WRITTEN OFF AS BAD DEBT OR IRRECOVERABLE DEBT. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE.

I RECENTLY OPENED AN NEDBANK ACCOUNT AND MONEY WAS DEPOSITED THE BANK TOOK R26000. WHEN I ASKED THE BANK WHAT HAPPEND TO MY MONEY THEY CLAIMED THAT THE FUNDS WERE TAKEN TO SETTLE BAD DEBT I HAD IN 2005. IT IS 8 YEARS LATER AND WITH NO COMMUNICATION FROM THE BANK I WAS UNAWARE OF ANY FUNDS THAT I OWED THE BANK.

I NEED MY MONEY TO BE RETURNED TO ME AND PROPER ACTION REGARDING THE SETTLEMENT OF THE ACCOUNT SHOULD BE MADE IN TERMS OF RE-PAYMENTS TO THE BANK.

I HAVE ALREADY REPORTED THIS TO THE BANK AND THEY WERE UNABLE TO HELP ME I NEED FURTHER ACTION TAKEN TO GET MY MONEY BACK THE FUNDS WERE NOT SUPPOSE TO BE TAKEN IN THIS MANNER.
