I bought my car two years back this coming August and ABSA vehicle Finance is financing the car. I have had the car insured since i drove it off the showroom floor and yet AIP Services are now deducting insurance for the car... My broker has sent proof through on two occassions - including the policy number, the amount being paid for the car etc... and yet at the end of every month ABSA AIP Services just deducts an additional 600 - 800 rands a month extra. On calling AIP i was assured they would refund me the monies debited and two months later i am still waiting and they are still "" my money. Your immediate feedback would be appreciated.
