In 2009 someone from Hollard called me he was selling the funeral cover. I decided to take it because he said that they will send the policy confirmation within 30 days. After some few month a call them to tell them that i haven't receive the contract. They confirmed my address and it was correct they said that they will resend it. They have my home address, e-mail and the phone number. I phoned hollard several number of time. In 2011 I phoned them again they said that they will send a courier to deliver my contract i am still waiting for the courier even now. If indeed they send a courier i should have sign for the document. This means they didn't send a courier to me because on the 3rd of June 2013 i called them again. The lady in Complains department said that her manager will call me back. Because now i just want money back i don't trust hollard at all and again i don't deal with them in the future.
