Wesbank was deducting extra R300 on my car installement since June 2012, i queried this three weeks ago and they told me it was because i didnt submit proof of insurance and i submited the proof of insurance and they only refunded two months, i brought this to their attention and they were gonna investigate and get back to me, they were quiete i then phoned them again and they told me they escalated the query to administration department for refund, the last agent i spoke to last week Wednesday was Lebo, she promised to give me feedback before end of working day that same Wednesday but to date no feedback or refund. i have been trying to call their service line 0860 288 272 and cant get through, i sent numerous emails they they read and still no response, this is really a very bad service didnt expect, please wesbank i need my refund as soon as possible
