I draw money from a saswitch machine at 7:06. The machine give me a slip no cash dispensed. Standard bank sent me a sms to show that R550 was deducted from my account. I phone them to say the machine didnt dispense any cash after 30 min call which I must pay for Ive been told it will take 3 days to rectify and that some one will call me on Fridays 3 days later!
'This is now the second time this happened to me and the previous time I never got refunded! How is this working they deduct money from my account that I dont have and then I need to wait 3 days to get my own money back!!!
Please help me to sort this out it is just nit fair!!!
