Where is my money FNB Premie

My account contained R14 223 on 23 June 2013.
On 24 June I paid R39 971 into my cheque account from Saudi Arabia
Total in bank account R54 194
Amounts totalling R13 700 had been legally withdrawn up to 26 June 2013
Total to be in account R40 494
WHY is there only R58 left in my account on 26 June 2013?
Is this not the FOURTH TIME this scenario re-occurs?
It is evident that FNB PREMIER regards my account as not worth the effort to have it managed properly. The attitude when issue was raised previously was not forthcoming either.
