BAD service and not open with information

6 months after travelling, I am charged for entering the premium lounges at airports (this was originally used as one of the selling points of the card!) and then once calling am then told to go have a look at the small print which is a link not even remotely near to the very large advertisement of Premier lounge access at airports. I then sent an email inquiry - never responded to, then called them to cancel the account, was then told to email the cancellation - no response to my email as yet! now tried to use the website under contact us to send another cancellation email - website does not accept the encrypted code that I enter...

Please help all I want is for the charges to be reversed and the account closed so that I can pretend that Diners Club does not exist anymore... is this too much to ask
