How does one manage to close a Diners Club Credit Card account? Ive now tried for months and still no luck.
Every time I speak to a consultant at customer care they give me different information. They tell me to make sure Ive got a 0 balance owing which I do and then to email them and then I hear nothing. No one can assist me telephonically and then every time I phone again to enquire, I've got a new charge from Diners club which I have to settle. PLEASE just close the account so I never have to deal with your customer care again!!!
