I putt in a pension claim with liberty, when I followed up on my payout, I was told payout date is the 6th of June, but the 5th of June was informed that my banking details was incorrect, after confirming that the banking details was indeed correct and that the mistake was made by liberty themselves when they put incorrect numbers in, I was informed payout would be within 48 hours, it is now 5days later already and still no payout. I followed up again on payout and now I was informed that the person that told me 48hours was incorrect. And now I have no idea when they will pay me out. I am as this is my money and do not appreciate the run around from liberty, they are unprofessional and this situation is pathetic! What happened to 21 days to payout from date of claim???
