22/04/2013:
- sent email to my consultant, just to have mail bounce back and no longer works at company... great (ever heard of email fowarding?!?!)
- phoned to check who was now dealing with my account - the supervisor was in a meeting and would get back to me.
- emailed supervisor "Finance, IT & Debt Counselling Manager" requesting assistance... just in case the message didn't get to him. Also included in the email: "Financial Wellbeing Assessors Manager", "Client Experience Executive", "Client Relationship Manager"
- NO RESPONSE from any of the above (situation of too many chiefs and not enough indians going on!)
09/05/2013:
- email to Financial Wellbeing Assessors Manager requesting direction to the new financial consultant
10/05/2013:
- response from Financial Wellbeing Assessors Manager advising me that the same "Finance, IT & Debt Counselling Manager" ... "will be in contact with you soon"
13/05/2013:
- Telephonic message left with "Finance, IT & Debt Counselling Manager" to please phone me
- Email to same person requesting assistance
