I was assisting my parents with a 3rd party claim due to my dad' s vehicle being knocked into by another driver who deals with Regent. As per their requirements I submitted the documentation and had the car viewed by Regent' s accessor. The claim has not been resolved and I have to keep on calling Regent to follow up on the progress of the claim. Regent keeps on telling me they will call me and don't ever. Today I spoke to Chantal and she informs me that they are now trying to verify spares prices. I was under the impression that was the duty of the accessor. My patience is running thin.
