Applied for second bond Feb 2012 which was approved and the quote and pre agreement accepted on the 26 April 2012. Up to date the second bond was not registered at the deeds office. According to the lawyers the original bond could not be located at the bank or the deed office and they had to apply for a section 38 whatever that is. How long will this take 6 more years.
