No Feedback from Regent Insurance

I sent through two emails with a query to your clientservices and the amendments department on Wednesday and again a follow up on Thursday, I have received a read receipt by the amendments department on both occasions however I still have not received a response, I don't even have a claim however getting a response from Regent seems to be a problem already, I don't even know what will happen when and if I would have to even claim from regent insurance.

Please advise if my insurance premiums would drop on my car insurance, because my current age is now 25 and my vehicle was marked as a high performance vehicle.
