I sent through two emails with a query to your clientservices and the amendments department on Wednesday and again a follow up on Thursday, I have received a read receipt by the amendments department on both occasions however I still have not received a response, I don't even have a claim however getting a response from Regent seems to be a problem already, I don't even know what will happen when and if I would have to even claim from regent insurance.
