Applied a tele loan application on 01062013, got a call from underwriting dept. for as bank statment of spouse to indicate that she paysbond. Did that on the 02062013, then send about 4 call me requests on the website for feedback. Eventually on the 03062013, i go a call to request 3 bank statments, as only 2 mths were provided, which she could as she was Matienty leave, in Feb13, and so the bank gives you a grace months for this period. I send a message on the website again on the 040613 indicating this, but no seems to have got this messae, I sent numerous requests on the website for feedback, but no reply. On the 06062013 at I call the callcenbtre for feedback, at 19:40, to agent advised load declined, but no resonse to me or commincation. I asked if he could the notes or request for bank ststemets, he could'nt or had no idea what I was talking about. He didnt even bother to find out, escaulte, for assitance or clarifasction on what i am exlplaining to him. On the 070613 I get an sms to contact 021? 764 3848 to finalise and loan application and confirmthe amount, I phoned that number now, 08062013, just to the IVR says the woirking hoursand cuff off??? Is realy customer services now???
