Re Application for Student Loan

I applied for a student loan via the Standard Bank's online portal, Wednesday the 8th of January 2014. The next day I received a call from a lady who asked me to provide proof that the academy was actually accredited by the Department of Education. I faxed them a letter, stating that they are indeed accredited through another college. I also explained to the lady that the classes are starting today 13/1/2014 and that I would like feedback asap as I still had to pay the fees for him to be able to attend class.By Friday no feedback. I called, after holding on for 20 minutes, reached a lady who wanted to put me through yet again to another dept. Told her I needed urgent feedback and was told by the lady, they called me the same morning regarding the name of the institution but yet I had no missed calls. I re-sent the invoice as well as proof to mystudentloans via email. Today, 13/1 I received a mail saying the loan was declined due to SB's outside banks lending policy, whatever that might mean. No contact number whatsovever. I'm tired of talking to call centre staff and being transferred from one dept to the other and having to hold on for 20 minutes at a time. Please assist!!!
