Good day,
I did a pre-approval loan application on the African bank website, where I was pre-approved for a certain amount. I then went yesterday around 16h15 on the 12/09/2013 to the African bank branch to complete my application. My documents was then sent through to the affordability team for further approval, up to now 15h34 nothing was approved from them and still waiting.
I phoned the branch and customer care and the only information I get is to wait for approval from the affordability team. On the website it says it's quick to get approved and everything, so I don't know what the hold up can be?
I really need the money to get my car fixed for work, and the weekend is already upon us..
I would appreciate the help to find out for me why it takes so long for approval from the African bank Affordability team, and I was quickly pre-approved on the African bank in seconds website.
