I've Applied for Vehicle Finance online and my application was approved subject to document verification. I then went to the dealership and submitted the documents and I don't know what happened because they told me to send the documents to FNB. I then send the documents to Pinky Ndlumbini personal (FNB) e-mail and I never received a response after that. I've been calling the whole day but they send me from pillar to post and now I'm confused.
