FNB phone me every moth till i agreed to add "additional death cover" to my credit card. What i was told did not happen and since 3 weeks ago im battling to get that cancelled. I have phoned over 15 times and even left messanges on 086 0102 398 (insurance), and logged a complained on my online banking. i have just phoned again and it is impossible to cancel this! I am so frustrated that i want to take all by business away from FNB! if i dont have this cancelled and refunded by no later than the 14th of June 2013 ill never bank with you again.
