I was at the atm on sunday 16 June 2013, my card was swallowed so I phoned the number on the many slips lying on the floor, I spoke to someone who said I need to cancel the card, which she said she could do for me so I had the card cancelled. knowing I could e-wallet money to my wife, little did I know that I had to first do the e-wallet then do the cancellation, so Father's day was horrible cause we ate sandwiches instead of a roast which is what was planned. So I phone the bank and ask if there is anything I can do to get money from my account, to which their reply was "sorry nothing you can do". So today tuesday 18 June 2013 I went to the bank to get my card replaced and I was told I have to pay R100-00 for the permanent card and then an additional R60-00 for a temp card. So what can I do!!!??? I will be banking with a DIFFERENT bank from now on. I refuse to pay for their mistake and let them keep my business. To add fuel to the fire I received an email that the bank's pricing is going up effective 1July 2013. I am happy I don't have to deal their anymore. PS. Thanks for screwing up Father's day FNB
