How long does it take FNB to cancel a credit card?

I cancelled my credit card in the branch on the 8 January, I got a phone call a day later from a guy asking why I want to cancel and I explained why and it is the 28 of January and on the 21 Jan I see that R25.83 was taken of my credit saldo.
I want my money returned and my card cancelled, it that so had to do?
