I was at Engen Kya sands on 27thJan 2014. I poured petrol and gave the petrol attendent my petrol card. I forgot to wait for my card to be returned and left. Returning on the 1st Feb 2014 to seek assistance in retriving my card. The oparator at the till.said she could not help and was unable to give out the number of someone who could, saying she would be fired. I left the petrol station without being assisted.
