I had an accident with my car on the 7th of May, Quicksure was great to deal with at first. They asked me to get a quote on how much it will cost to have the car fixed at first, which I did from GM in Hatfield. They then asked the assessor for an assessment to be done. He ended up sending my car to a panel beater that charged R2000 more than the quote I got (the reason being that the panelbeater can have the spray work done on its premises). I then requested a certificate to show that they will be sending my car to an approved repairer, they forwarded an outdated certificate at first, and eventually forwarded the correct one. Work finally started on my car 3 weeks after the accident. During this time I have been using a curtosy car. Needless to say my car was not fixed in time and the curtosy car needs to be returned. Which in the end leaves me stranded without a car. I feel that if quicksure used companies to work with they should be able to step up when needed. I am now between a hard place and a rock, have no way to go forward, as quicksure informed me that New national the place responsible for the curtousy cars will not allow another day or 2 as my car is set for Monday
