After all the great Werner Advertisements I decided to move my banking to FNB, what a mistake!!
When I saw Noxolo I explained to her that I wanted a Chq acc, Credit card & petrol card. She said that I qualified for R13k cr limit with FNB. I asked whether this could be split between the accounts I required and she confirmed that it was indeed possible. I understand that one has to build up a credit record with every bank, and was quite happy with the amount given. But now the credit card and petrol card is declined, yet I still got the R13k credit limit on my chq account. I first delt with Casper, but he could not help me and never came back to me as promised, I then reverted to Mossie the bank Manager and she also did not phone me back as promised.
All excuse I got from Casper was that the different departments do not communicate with one another and that was the main problem, but he could not get to a solution... is FNB really unable to commit to promises made?
