I have had a couple of bad experiences with Standard as of late, i have been banking with them my entire life but enough is enough.
Firstly it took me well over 7 working days to get my overdraft approved only because i phoned Standard bank everyday twice a day to get this done.
My Cheque account card is lost now I must wait five days before I can access my my funds, so for five days I cannot access my internet banking when I need to make urgent transactions, five days then I have to go schlep through town to collect my card in a queue from a crowded branch.
This is too much, FNB gave me an overdraft in 10 minutes and couriered my card to me. I am fundless for five working days... I need access.
Very disgruntled, Standard I think I am done.
