3 Complaints and still no response or feedback

This is now my 3rd complaint and I still have not received any feedback regarding my charge back for an error that was cause by Standard Bank. It is now 18 working days (and exactly 1 month to date) and I was told by persons responsible that it will not take 12 working days as it has been escalated and should take less than 12 working days. How is it still not resolved now being 18 working days. The service is pathetic, especially from the employees I have outlined as person/s responsible. All of them promised calls and I have yet to receive 1. I have sent numerous emails to Nonhlanhla and have yet to receive a response. I have absolutely no feedback from them. It is getting to a point where I may need to take out funds from my savings and loose out on interest due to standard bank not returning my money. Why is it that my first 2 complaints are surrounded by complaints with supplier responses yet mine does not have any? I am really disappointed with the service. Branches have always given great service yet they are let down by call centres.
