IPad Insurance Claim

I have been in contact with a team leader at Core banking (Junaid Ebrahim) but he has not responded with almost more than a week going past. I submitted a claim for my iPad and payed my excess on the 31st Of January 2013, I was assured that the claim will not take longer than 10 - 15 working days. Well its been 31 working days now and I think I have been fairly patient until now. I have been given the run around by almost everyone. CBS has received their money within 2 days of me paying my excess. I want to know why and what the delay is NOW? Why must I still wait? I await your response. The lack of service and answers is absolutely appalling.
