I want to complain about the treatment I got from Eastgate FNB branch which sells phones and iPad to their customers. I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note2 from them and the sales lady advised me to take an overdraft of R500 and l vehemently refused because l did not need it. She advised me to take and will not be charged for it. As expected that was all a and have been paying interest for it since then. I have paid the whole amount l owe FNB and cancelled the overdraft facility but am very disappointed by the way l was treated, l have the right to make my own decision. Please FNB tell you workers to be honest to people. I have been banking with you for the past ten years now l am considering to leave you. I very hurt by this. Please stick to your motto. How can we help you not rob you.
