Trying to avoid absolute disaste

I decrease the overdraft facility on my current account in July.
Before doing this I googled "how to decrease absa overdraft" and came across a complaint where the instruction wasn't followed properly by ABSA, so I made tripple sureto give instruction to decrease it ONCE- OFF with R 7 000.
When I phoned in August again to reduce it with a lesser amount I was told it will be reduced by R 7000 again as the instruction was set to be recurring every month from July onwards.
I then thought it better to contact my portfolio manager (Emil Van Wyk) at the Heerengracht branch.
Asked him to make sure that there's NO recurring instruction to decrease my overdraft facility and I completed a form to request my overdraft to be decreased by R 5000 ONCE OFF.
This was ignore and the incorrect recurring instruction to decrease it by R 7 000 was actioned.
I'm pretty sure the same decrease will happen again next month. That will put a great strain on me. I'm getting no joy or feedback from Emil. You can leave my overdraft as it is at the moment, but PLEASE PLEASE just confirm that the will be no future decrease in the overdraft facility until I've given you instruction to do so.
