Inconvenience caused

I am really not happy with the recent interaction that I had with absa. On wensday I went to withdraw money from the account to get ny daughter her lunch goodies. Unfortunately I could not do that when I called in the call centre agent told me that my account has been blocked since the 12/13 of may. During this yime I had no interaction with absa what so ever! Now im being told that I need to go an FICA my account. My daugter has been going to school with no lunch. I had to ask around in order to get something fir her. It really me off tht u guys have the nerve to call me offers for new product and yet you couldn't call me regarding this??? Unfortunately I dont have tht luxury to go into the bank frm mon - sat as im working and the only time I get off is a sunday? Wht do I do in this case???
