I am really cheesed off at this present moment to find Absa me of
extra money on two debit orders. After nearly three years, now you decide you
want to ensure i have insurance.
Are letters the best way of communicating? as we all know the postal service
is non existent in South Africa. Surely it would have been better to e-mail me
or have a call center operator speak to me about this.
I only received a letter from Absa last week seeking proof of my insurance. I
received proof from Outsurance last Friday afternoon and then sent it through to Absa. Since Friday I have not heard anything from Absa.
It wont help to put your head in the sand and hope this problem will go away.
Just today I received more post of which one was from Absa dated 18 February 2013.
