Standard says they will respond to fool Hellopete

I have complained three times about Standard Bank. They will respond quickly saying someone will deal with the issues. Unfortunately that is a lie. No one from the branch contacts anyone. A month later and I still have no response.

This is the second complaint via Hellopeter, and this was followed by another two complaints on their website. I received one telephone cal admitting that the Bank had erred, and since then there has been nothing.
