Account paid up and not updated

As a result my vehicle was financed through ABSA vehicle finance and about 2 Years ago. My insurance settled the account and there was an outstanding balance of R800 which I was not aware of! last year I was made aware of it and settled the account immediately. I was in contact with a lady Desiree Ramogopa and she assured me that she will make sure the system is updated, i never heard from her again and she never answers her office line. To date my account is sitting in recovery even though I have a paid up letter. I have tried going to the ABSA branch and they could not assist me I called Recoveries and spoke to a lady by the name of Jodene Le Bock and she said I must send my paid up letter to CBCS@absa and 2 days later no response and she directed the matter to team leader Karen. Today a got a email frm Mr Mpho Mabusela and he advised me that they can't assist with taking my profile of recovery and sent me back to Jodene Lebock department who initially told me there department is unable to update the system.

This service has left a bitter taste in my mouth and yet my account has been paid up!
