Unable to tell me where my account is

A week ago I posted a report on Hello Peter regarding my bad experience with Absa vehicle finance department, to date i have not received any call from them just a response on my report

To date no one from Absa called me to let me know what is happening on my account & what the balance is on my account. But they just want to uplift my vehicle. I cannot believe that Absa is not getting back to me I wonder if they know where my account is at, I cant even get a reconciled statement from them since I have taken out the finance with them in 2008. I want to resolve this matter but no one is willing to assist me.
