On 14/08/2013 the amount of R11 819 was taken out of my account. I went to Absa Glen Marais to log a complaint (Case ref nr: 2474969) and according to them the money was deducted by means of a journal by the absa recovery department due to an outstanding loan. The same happened last year March when I also log a complaint and also a case, because I never had a Personal Loan Account from Absa. According to the feedback I received last year the case was resolved and the money was paid back into my account. I spoken to a Tuli (011 350 7870), but according to her they won't be able to assist me.
I was in a serious vehicle accident 3 weeks ago and my car was written of by my insurance company. They paid out the value of my vehicle on 13/8/2013. I am a sales rep and need a car to do my job and earn a living. I already signed papers to buy a new car and now suddenly I don't have enough funds.
