I submitted a retrenchment claim in November last year and even now I'm still waiting for their insurance dept to start paying my claim. I spoke their customer service dept who promised to investigate my problem and revert back to me as a death certificate was found attached to my form but I'm still waiting for feedback. I just received an sms from their collections dept saying they haven't received my December installment. What do I have to do get African to resolve my query? Somebody tell me!!!
