I lost my smartphone and logged my claim in Feb 2013. I paid my excess on 26 March 2013 and 2 and half months later i still haven't received my handset. I have dealt with numerous people within FNB Smartphones department and everytime i get a different story on my handset. I have been told that FNB has settled Core Bankign Solutions for my handset and yet the monthly premiums for the handset and insurance have been going off my account since i logged my claim.
I got a call from FNB last week saying that they will make sure that i get a new handset by Wed 05 June which didnt happen. I dont know what to do anymore as everyone i talk to at FNB gives me one story or the other.
