I had a insurance claim. First the handset was booked in for my cost to repair and not as an insurance claim. After numerous enquiries, i had to phone the insurance company to sort out the claim. The person that help me, explained that i can change the handset, if the insurance company replace it. Now they don't want to replace it with the handset that I want, even though I'm willing to pay in. Why not??? How does three people at the same company talk different stories?
I did a sim swop, i had to phone after three days to get the sim to work!!! This after enquiries at the branch of why the new sim is still not working. The same person that booked in the handset, could not do the sim swop properly.
It is not the first time that the service of Autopage Richardsbay is going backwards.
