Failure to repair or replace a handset

I reported a claim to finrite last week Monday (11/02/2013), I have since paid the excess for the repairable/replacement of my damaged handset last week Tuesday and to date I haven't received any update from Finrite and i indicated to to them the extensive inconvenience this delay has made on my side. They were quick in sending claim forms and confirming that the claim has been approved and I didn't not waste time in paying the excess due to the fact that I need the handset as a matter of urgency and I am not happy with the delay from their side in responding afterward due to the fact that they do not loan clients handset whilst they still busy assessing the damaged hansdset.

If you could look at the history of payments of this particular insurance I haven't defaulted in payments for both my policies I have with Finrite and I expect them to treat such Clients as a priority rather procrastinating when it comes to processing claims. I cannot afford to be inconvenienced as If i have an alternative handset. I spoke to Brent Adams telephonically on Wednesday (20/02/2013) and he promised to call me back to give me an update and I waited, to date i haven't received any call/update.
