I made a claim on the 9th of February 2013, it took them at least 3 days to collect my handset, after collection I heard absolutely nothing from them until I contacted them to get feedback, it took them forever to deliver my handset back to me on the 6th of March, only for me to discover it was still NOT working, I am sorry but this is unacceptable. I called them about 15min after receiving my handset back to alert them of the problem, it took another two days for the to collect the handset. I have been calling and emailing them to find out the status of my handset with absolutely no response, no one is able to tell what the hold up is and why my handset was returned without being repaired. I am at my wits end with this excuse of an insurance company.
