FNB Charging me twice? Very Unhappy!

Last year around June or July 2012 I ordered a smartphone through FNB app. I received my handset, three months later my handset was, Insurance paid FNB out, I paid an excess and received a new device. Now since November 2012 till now Febuary 2013 FNB has been charging me double each month on my handset and on the inurance. I am paying for two phones now??
