I had an accident on the 27th of May wherein my car was written off. I phoned the NGIB sales consultant to find out who I must contact and she got someone to phone me minutes after the accident happened. They organized to have my vehicle towed to the assessment centre which was a great relief after all the stories you hear about towing centres. From that point all the way through to the payout it was plain sailing which gave me such peace of mind after the stress about the accident. Chantel de Beer was extremely professional and very sympathetic about the incident. I know of many clients that don't want to deal with Call Centres but if they are anything like this one I can really recommend them.
