Credit card means nothing

Just got my new credit card and guess what?? I cant use it to purchase anything on the internet?? Useless bunch of!! I will be closing my account and move on to another bank. When I called the call center, no one was able to help me, because you have no competent staff that can assist at night. What an amazing customer service you have. Useless bunch you are. Employ competent people!!! If you are forced to go BEE then train them properly!!!
