Failed to close my bond account

Early in 2012 we fully paid up our Bond, and were told that in fact they could not close it off because I, RJ Cassidy was the bond holder and I would have to sign off on this. I work out the country for most of the year so on my return took this in hand.
In may 2012 I spent a morning moving from one to another person trying to complete this process, and was left with the satisfaction of succeeding, and knowing I would never have to bother with this bank again.
FNB however continued to withdraw money[very small amounts, around 2 rand per month from my Nedbank account. To this end I went to Nedbank and within 5 mins put a stop on that.
I then left the country for work once again and on my return this month find that I owe fnb now for unpaid bills.
Not a huge amount but I am annoyed with their total incompetence and they have a snowballs hope in of ever getting that from me.
