I received a call from a person who claimed to be working at netbank credit card department and asked me to listen to him whilst he is explaining about credit card he is intending to offer me. I received that call between June and July 2013. i didn't agree with him because i already have a credit card with ABSA, BUT suprisingly i received a message from my mobile phone to collect a credit card from Lichtenburg Nedbank, i even received e-mail statement to pay some charges.
I wish the credit card division to listen to the recorded coversation between myself and the person who called me. I NEVER AGREE TO THE OFFER AND I STILL DON'T WANT A NEDBANK CREDIT CARD. I WISH THE CARD DIVISION TO CANCEL THAT CREDIT CARD WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
