FNB clearly not interested in new clientele!!

I have been wanting to switch banks for a long time now and i phoned FNB and the switchboard took me to all the wrong extensions and no matter which number I called i could never get through to where I wanted to. I eventually was fed up and decided to just email my query and only got a response 2 days later stating that someone would call me back and help me with my bank switching queries and its been 2 days now and I have not heard anything from FNB still. everyone claims that FNB is an amazing bank with great benefits, and I was excited to switch but they certainly havent made a very good impression on me and I will be telling everyone who wants to switch to FNB that its not worth because they don't call back, they only respond when they feel like it and now I am extremely aggaravated and clearly FNB doesn't want new clients...
