A week ago I contacted your bank to see 1) Whether I could open accounts 2) Switch my accounts over from my bank 3) How difficult this would be 4) Further questions. Its not a trivial exercise in my opinion. First of all it took a few days for anyone to respond. Then the person could not answer any of my questions and I must wait for the one person in your bank who can help me. Do you not train your staff in these basics? You apparently want people to switch banks since that's what you advertise. When I was phoned this morning the lady wanted to setup accounts immediately despite me trying to tell her several times that I first wanted answers to my questions and then I'll will decide whether to go ahead with the process. She got irritated and so did I. Not a pleasant experience for me. You seriously need to train your staff in the basics and it would help to listen to customer and make them feel welcome What you ended up doing with me was putting me off your bank and its simply bad advertising on your part.
