Mislead and VERY UNHAPPY..Worst Experience EVER

I was sold a Comprehensive policy in March and everything was done via phone. Had an option for No Access package which costs slightly higher than the one where you'd have to pay access to claim, Went for the access free to avoid inconvinience as accidents happen when you're least expected. End of May i scratched my car in a parking and i called to make a claim and the lady that i spoke to was not helpful at all as i had to repeat myself and she kept on twisting my words, None the less she tells me that i will have to pay 7500 as access for them to fix my car, didnt make sense to me or maybe im stupid i dont understand this statement " * No basic excess will be payable for claims made by the regular driver
and/or spouse. The minimum claim amount is R 4050.00 - claims under
this amount will not be accepted." Anyway she suggested i take the car for assessment to determine whether or not they'll cover it and how much will may access be still... Took it in and the assessment was just under R6000, To my surprise panelbeater called me to confirm the booking and also advised that i need to pay R3000 on the day, I have requested a recording of the initial signup as and im still waiting.
