I recently went through an insurance claim process. MFC provided a settlement value for my finance to my insurer. A few days later I received my monthyl statement which indicated a lower settlement value than given to my insurer. Despite that 2 days later the finance amount was settled (26 March 2013), On the 3 April 2013, my debit order for my car installment goes off my bank account. So i am trying to reach their legal department to receive my refund but no luck.
i have tried for the last 4 days to reach Lerato or supervisor Theresa but i hold on for 10-15 minutes and then get hung up on!!!
Evertyime i call back i have to give the same details to the person answering the phone, express my annoyance but still get put through to the same numbers that do not get answered. no escalation process nothing!!! Absolutely frustrating.
