I paid my settlement amount on the 16th of May 2013 (Thursday). I phoned the call centre on Friday afternoon to confirm that MFC received my settlement amount. Payment was confirmed and MFC took my address for the car's registration papers to be courier. I called again today on 23rd May 2013 and there was no record of this on the system so MFC took my details again? Where is the service? Now I have to wait 5 days again?
