I NEED A RESPONSE TODAY! Horrible Service

I requested a settlement letter which i received only after calling you guys 4 times. I have settled my vehicle last Monday the 25/03/2013. I have not received an acknowledgement of the payment or any correspondence since then. I try calling every day with no avail. I honestly do not have the time to sit on the phone to call MFC the whole day!!! I need someone to call me TODAY! I need my acknowledgement of Settlement and my Log book! I have even paid you extra so i can get this log book couriered to me Urgently.
I dont understand how your service delivery works when you dont even respond to customers.
I have tried calling you guys again today, only to hold on for 20 minutes and get cut off!!!
I NEED A RESPONSE TODAY!
